Orders

Here you will see the full list of your orders placed by customers.

You can search orders by date or period.

Export Orders will automatically open and update a spreadsheet with full order details.

You will also receive an e-mail with full order details.

When you receive an order you will see an automatically generated order number, the customer's full details. what they have ordered and the total value of the order.

You will also see whether the order has been shipped or not and the order date.

Under Order Date it will always say Processing and under processing you can add a note that is automatically emailed to the customer (e.g. Thank you for your order) and also mark the order as Shipped.

On a regular basis, the admin will change all 'shipped' items to completed so please always keep this up to date so you know what orders have been sent.
